Terms and policies

1. General provisions

1.1. The Gills AI service (the "Service") is the Telegram bot @gillsai_bot, the Mini App in Telegram and the website www.gillsai.com. The Service gives access to generating text, images, video and music with artificial intelligence models made by third-party developers.

1.2. The Offer is addressed to any person with legal capacity (the "User"). By starting to use the Service (starting the bot with /start, choosing a language, opening the Mini App or paying for services), the User accepts the Offer in full and without reservations.

1.3. The owner of the Service (the "Operator") may change the Offer. The current version is always published at www.gillsai.com/policies and applies from the moment of publication.

2. Subject

2.1. The Operator gives the User access to the features of the Service within the chosen plan and purchased generation packs.

2.2. The set of available models, features and limits may change: model providers release new versions and retire old ones. The current list is shown in the bot and the Mini App.

3. Plans and packs

3.1. The Service offers the free Free plan and the paid Pro and Ultra plans. Every model is available on every plan; plans differ in daily limits for messages, images, video and music.

3.2. Daily limits reset every day at 00:00 UTC. A failed generation does not use the limit.

3.3. A paid plan lasts 30 days (monthly payment) or 365 days (yearly payment) from the moment of payment. Renewing the same plan adds time to the current end date. Buying another plan replaces the current one from the moment of payment without recalculation.

3.4. Generation packs are one-time credits for images or for Seedance video. Credits do not expire and are used before the daily limit of the plan.

3.5. Current prices, limits and packs are published at www.gillsai.com/pricing and in the bot. The price is fixed when the order is created.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made in advance through payment services: YooKassa (in rubles, by bank card or SBP) and Cryptomus (in US dollars, with cryptocurrency). The User may also pay for an order fully or partly with the referral balance.

4.2. Payment is one-time. The Service never charges automatically and never renews a plan without the User's action. When the paid period ends, the plan becomes Free.

4.3. The service is considered rendered when the plan or pack credits are added to the User's account. This usually happens right after the payment service confirms the payment.

4.4. An unpaid order is cancelled after two days.

5. Referral program

5.1. The User may invite other users with a personal link from the bot. A reward is accrued from payments of invited users: 20% from the first level, 10% from the second and 5% from the third.

5.2. The reward is accrued only to a User with an active Pro or Ultra plan at the moment of the invited user's payment, and only from the amount paid through a payment service.

5.3. The referral balance can only be used to pay for plans and packs within the Service. It cannot be withdrawn as money. If a payment is refunded, the reward accrued from it is reversed.

6. Rights and obligations of the User

6.1. The User may:

• use the Service within their plan and packs;
• choose and switch models;
• contact support and request deletion of their data.

7. Rights and obligations of the Operator

7.1. The Operator keeps the Service running, credits paid plans and packs and answers support requests.

7.2. The Operator may restrict a User's access if the Offer is violated, and may change prices and plans for new orders.

8. Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is". Generation results are created automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate. The Operator does not guarantee that they are fit for a particular purpose.

8.2. The Operator is not liable for outages of third-party model providers, payment services and Telegram.

8.3. The User is solely responsible for the content of their requests and for the use of generated content. The use of results is also governed by the terms of the model providers.

9. Disputes

9.1. Claims and questions are sent to the support bot @gillsai_support_bot or to support@gillsai.com. The Operator replies within a reasonable time.

9.2. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with applicable law.

Data we process

• Telegram profile data: ID, name, username, interface language;
• your requests, messages, uploaded images and generation results;
• technical data: time of requests, the selected model, the limit used;
• order data: amount, payment method, status. Card and crypto wallet details are processed by YooKassa and Cryptomus; we do not receive or store them;
• support requests.

Why

• to run chat and generations and keep your dialogue history;
• to track daily limits, payments and referral rewards;
• to answer support requests;
• to improve the Service based on aggregated usage statistics.

Who receives the data

The text of a request and attached images are sent to the provider of the selected model (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, ByteDance) only to get a response. Order data is sent to the payment service. Data is not shared with other third parties except where required by law.

Public feed

Generation results are visible only to you. A work appears in the public feed only if you publish it yourself, and you can remove it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by writing to the support bot @gillsai_support_bot. Deleting data may make further use of the Service impossible, as part of it is needed for the Service to work.

Security

We encrypt connections and restrict access to data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we do everything reasonably possible.

Age

Paid services are available to persons aged 18 or older.

Acceptable use

• do not create content that breaks the law, violates the rights of others or the policies of model providers;
• do not present generated content as real documents or use it to deceive people;
• do not try to bypass limits, hack or overload the Service;
• do not use the Service for automated mass generation through third-party software.

Content

Your requests remain yours. The use of generated results is governed by the terms of the model providers. Check their rules before commercial use.

Changes to the Service

We keep improving the Service: we add models, retire outdated ones and change the interface. We announce changes that affect paid plans in the bot.

When a refund is possible

• the payment went through but the plan or pack was not credited, and support could not fix it;
• a double charge or a wrong amount;
• the Service was unavailable through our fault for a long time during the paid period.

When there is no refund

• for generations already used and days of the plan already passed;
• for pack credits already spent;
• the referral balance is not refunded as money.

How to request

Write to the support bot @gillsai_support_bot or to support@gillsai.com. Include the date, amount and payment method and describe the problem. Every request is reviewed individually.

How money is returned

An approved refund is made the same way you paid: through YooKassa to your card or account, through Cryptomus in cryptocurrency. The time it takes depends on the bank or network. Referral rewards accrued from the refunded payment are reversed.
